Green Beans Francoise

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds of green beans, trimmed and slivered
- ½ cup vegetable stock or water
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- ¼ cups of almonds, slivered
- 1 tablespoon shallots, chopped
- 1 teaspoon parsley chopped
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet, combine the green beans and the stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook, covered until tender or about 7 minutes. Drain the green beans and place them on a serving platter. Heat the olive oil in a skillet, and add the garlic, almonds, parsley, shallots, salt and pepper. Sate until the shallots are golden. Add to the green beans, mix and serve.
