Grated Salad

Ingredients
- 1 small zucchini, grated
- 2 small carrots, grated
- 2 potatoes with skins, grated
- 4 cauliflower florets, grated
- 1 small beet, grated
- 1 stalk of broccoli, grated
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped basil
- 1 teaspoon chopped thyme
- ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
Instructions
- Toss all the ingredients except for the beets, together. Serve the salads in salad bowls with beets on the side (if you mix the beets everything will turn red).
