Graham Cracker Crust

Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon arrowroot powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
Instructions
- Mix everything together thoroughly with a fork. Lightly oil a 9 inch pan and press mixture evenly into the bottom and the sides of the pan, saving a bit of the mixture to sprinkle on top of the pie. Press the crust firmly and evenly to insure a solid crust. The crust will be about ¼ inch thick or thinner. Chill 1 hour before adding the filling.
