Ingredients
- 4 onions, sliced
- 2 quarts of water
- 5 bay leaves
- 1 strip wakame
- Tamari for taste
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Simmer onions, water, bay leaves, wakame, oregano, thyme, honey, sugar, salt and pepper for 1-2 hours. The soup gets sweeter the longer it is cooked. Season with tamari. Garnish with herb croutons.
