Gingered Lentil Spread

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked lentils
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 3 shiitake mushrooms
- ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- ¼ cup of water
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Put cooked lentils and all other ingredients in a food processor or blender, blend until smooth. Serve fresh on s sandwich or for a dip.
