Gazpacho Soup

Ingredients
- 4 cups of tomato juice
- 4 large Roma tomatoes, grilled
- ¾ cup of water
- ¾ cup cucumber, diced
- ¾ cup of corn
- ½ cup green pepper, diced
- ½ teaspoon nutritional flakes
- ¼ teaspoon of Herbamare
- ½ cup onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Jalapeno pepper, minced
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon hot sauce
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- Place tomatoes and juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Place in a large mixing bowl with remaining ingredients and blend well. Serve chilled.
