Garlic Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 cup of dry chick peas, soaked, cooked, drained
- ½ cup of tahini
- 2 cups of bean soaking liquid
- ½ cup of lemon juice
- 5 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon sea kelp
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
Instructions
- Cook the chick peas until they are tender enough to mash. Drain and save the liquid. Combine the chick peas and tahini in a food processor. Blend the bean liquid, lemon juice, tamari, onion, garlic, herbs, honey, sugar. Mix all ingredients together and serve chilled.
