Garden Green Saute

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 onions, sliced
- Celtic Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon umeboshi vinegar
- 1 bunch of kale, sliced into bite size pieces
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon savory
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a wok or heavy skillet. Add oil and saute onions, salt, garlic for 3 minutes. Add kale, and saute until tender, or about 10 minutes. Season with herbs. Stir-fry to taste. Adjust seasoning.
