Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup roasted carob powder
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1 tablespoon rice syrup
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot
- Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon molasses
Instructions
- Put the roasted carob powder in a small saucepan with a pinch of salt and 1 1/3 cups of water. While you bring it to a boil, add rice syrup and tahini. Stir. When it boils, turn the flame down to a simmer. Dilute arrowroot in ¼ cup of cold water. Add it to the pot. Stir in honey, vanilla, sugar and molasses. Pour over desserts.
