Fruit and Grain Breakfast

Ingredients
- ½ cup of teff grain
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 4 ½ cups of water
- 1 cup of dried fruits (apples, pears, peaches apricots, dates)
- 1 cup of fresh fruits
- Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- ½ teaspoon applesauce
- 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Put the teff, oatmeal, dried fruit, fresh fruit, water, salt, sugar, honey molasses in a pot and simmer for 20 minutes. Add cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg.
