Fruit Crisp

Ingredients
- 4 large apples or pears, thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon lime juice
- Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 cup of fruit juice
- Crisp ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of rolled oats
- 1/8 teaspoon of Herbamare
- ½ cup of teff flour
- 1/3 cup of rice syrup
- ¼ cup of extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thinly slice the fruit. Place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Cover with 1 cup of fruit juice. Next mix together crisp ingredients and crumble them on top of the fruit. Bake for 30 minutes until fruit is soft.
