Flax Crackers

Ingredients
- 2 cups flax seeds
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes soaked in water until soft
- 1 ¼ cups sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon shoyu
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup basil, dill, oregano, parsley, thyme
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Place flax seeds in a large mixing bowl with 2 ½ cups of filtered water and allow seeds to soak until all the liquid is absorbed and seeds are gelatinous, or about 30 minutes. Place all the other ingredients including soak water in a food processor and process until smooth. Place in a large mixing bowl with flax seeds and mix well. Spread thinly on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate at 115 degrees for 6 hours. Flip and transfer to mesh screen for remaining 6 hours to ensure even dehydrating.
