Ingredients
- Sauce
- 1 ¼ cups of water
- 1 cup of macadamia nuts
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons tamari
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ teaspoons nutritional yeast
- ½ teaspoon chopped parsley
- ½ teaspoon chopped dill
- 12 teaspoon honey
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
- Pasta
- 1 ½ cups of carrots, grated
- 1 cup zucchini, julienned or spiraled
- 1 cup squash, julienned or spiraled
- 1 cup red bell pepper, julienned
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Combine all pasta ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Place pasta on two plates and top each with ½ of the sauce. Garnish with chopped nuts.
