Ingredients
- 2 large bunches of greens, washed, trimmed and coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup diced scallions
- 1/3 cup of raisins
- ½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- Lemon Wedges
Instructions
- Place the greens in a steamer over medium heat, and cook until limp. Transfer to a bowl. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a medium sized skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, raisins,garlic, and saute until softened. Add these to the greensand toss with salt and pepper. Serve with lemon wedges.
