Easy Miso Soup

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 4 cups of water
- ¼ cup dark miso
- 1 tablespoon tamari sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon sea kelp
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- Cayenne pepper
- Black Pepper
- Celtic Sea Salt
- 3 ounces of tofu, diced
- 10-16 leaves of spinach, 2-6 leaves of chard (optional)
Instructions
- Saute the green onion in the oil and then add all the remaining ingredients except for the tofu and greens. Use a wire whisk to help mix in the miso while mixing over medium to low heat. When the miso has dissolved, add the tofu and greens and let everything simmer on low heat for 8-12 minutes until the greens are tender. Add seasoning to taste. Serve hot.
