Deluxe Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 5 cups chopped, unpeeled potatoes
- Marinade
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- ¼ teaspoon basil
- ¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- Sea kelp
- Filling
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- ½ cup eggless mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon nutritional flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon of Herbamare
- ½ teaspoon powdered horseradish
- 6 green onions chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
Instructions
- Choose thin skinned brown potatoes. Chop and steam them until very tender. Marinated the potatoes in the marinade for 4 hour or overnight in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally. Drain off excess liquid and mix the potatoes with the other ingredients. Chill thoroughly for 1 hour before serving.
