Place oil in a 3 quart saucepan on medium high heat. Add mushrooms, garlic, onion and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to a simmer, add tomatoes, tomato juice and tomato paste, cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. place mixture in a blender and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
