Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, peeled and minced
- 2 ½ cups coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 ½ tablespoons tamari
- 1 ½ teaspoons curry powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon curry paste
- ¼ teaspoon crushed pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 1 ½ teaspoons cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Place oil in a pot on medium high heat. Add onion, garlic and ginger, cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients except cilantro, reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cilantro.
