Curried Tempeh

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 package of tempeh cut into bite size pieces
- 1 small cauliflower cut into bite size pieces
- 5 plum tomatoes, sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Heat wok or heavy skillet. Add sesame oil and tempeh, saute for a few minutes to coat the tempeh. Add and saute the cauliflower for 3 minutes. Add sliced tomatoes, and saute until juicy. Add yellow pepper. Stir-fry all the ingredients until tender. Add curry. Add salt and pepper to taste.
