Curried Indian Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 large carrot, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 20 string beans, sliced
- ½ cup of water
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Saute the potatoes and onions in oil for 10 minutes, add carrots and saute for a few minutes until they turn bright orange. Add zucchini and string beans and saute for a couple of ore minutes, until tender. Add water whenever the pot dries out. Ass dill, parsley, honey, sugar and curry, simmer for 5 more minutes and serve hot.
