Creamy Cashew Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup of raw cashew pieces, ground
- 1 ¼ cups of water
- 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder
- 3 teaspoons liquid sweetener
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 1/3 cup raw cashew pieces, whole
Instructions
- Grind the cashews ¼ cup at a time in the blender, or all at once in a food processor. Put all the ingredients in a blender except for the whole cashew pieces. Blend at high speed until liquefied. Place the mixture in a saucepan with the whole cashew pieces and stir over medium-low heat until thickened and hot throughout. Serve over vegetables.
