Cream of Celery Soup

Ingredients
- 5 cups of celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of tamari sauce
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon vegetable broth powder
- ½ teaspoon chopped parsley
- Black Pepper
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
- Simmer the chopped celery in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes until fairly tender. Set aside. Blend the remaining ingredients until smooth. Put the mixture back into a pot with the celery and simmer for 15 minutes.
