Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 cups of cranberries
- 1 cup of water
- ½ cup Sucanat
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon allspice
- ½ teaspoon nutritional yeast
- Pinch of cardamom powder
- ¼ teaspoon crushed cloves
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Place cranberries and water in a pot over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add orange juice, Sucanat, maple syrup and cook for 8 minutes, stirring frequently. Add mirin and remaining ingredients, cook for 3 minutes, or until cranberries have popped and the sauce thickens.
