Cottage Tofu

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pound soft tofu, mashed
- 2 ½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- Choice of herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley), to taste
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Mix together liquids, then add salt, pepper and herbs. Add to mashed tofu. Chill and serve.
