Corn Bread Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups of corn meal
- 2 cups teff flour
- ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- ½ cup of extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ cup of maple syrup
- ½ cup vanilla non-dairy milk
- ¼ teaspoon of Herbamare
- 1 ½ cups apple juice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup of blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and mix them together. Pour batter into lightly oiled baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
