Ingredients
- 2 cups of red cabbage, julienned
- 2 cups green cabbage, julienned
- 1 cup of carrots grated
- 2 teaspoons ginger, peeled and minced
- 1 cup of vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 teaspoon celery, sliced
- ¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon chopped parsley
- 32 tablespoons tamari
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon oregano
Instructions
- Place cabbage, carrots and ginger in a large bowl and mix well. Place remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk. Combine ingredients, toss well and serve.
