Coconut Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon mirin
- 1 lime leaf
- 2 inch lemongrass stem
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons cilantro, minced
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients except for cilantro in a small saute pan and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Remove lemongrass and lime leaf and add cilantro.
