Boil 4 quarts of water. Add pasta and cook until tender. When done drain the pasta in a colander. Rinse and drain the pasta under cold water. In a food processor, grind the sunflower seeds and walnuts into meal. Add the garlic, cilantro, water, olive oil, umeboshi, honey, sugar, parsley. Blend all together. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Put in pasta in serving bowls and add mixture on top.
