Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups of teff flour
- ½ cup of maple syrup
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- ½ cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together. Shape the dough into 2 inch round cookies with your hands. Pace them on a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Let them cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a cool rack or platter.
