Ingredients
Dry
- 2 cups of Sucanat
- 2 cups of spelt flour
- 1 1/3 cups of chocolate chips
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 1 ½ tablespoons arrowroot powder
- ½ teaspoon baking sod
- Wet
- ½ cup hot water
- 3 tablespoons applesauce
- 3 tablespoons raisins
- 2 teaspoons flax seeds
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon molasses
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Place wet ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place batter in a baking pan and bake for 45 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
