Ingredients
- 2 quarts fresh cut vegetables in season
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon umeboshi vinegar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Mix vegetables and seasonings in a large bowl. Toss and serve.
