Chinese Tempeh

Ingredients
- 1 10 ounce packet of tempeh, cubed
- ¼ cup of tamari
- 1/3 cup barley malt
- 1 ½ tablespoons rice vinegar
- ½ cup of water
- ½ teaspoon nutritional flakes
- ¼ teaspoon of Herbamare
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 10 radishes, sliced
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Simmer all ingredients for about 1 hour or until tempeh is tender. Serve hot.
