Chinese Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound of green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 inch long julienne strips
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon tamari
- ½ teaspoon chopped parsley
- Black Pepper
- Celtic Sea Salt
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
- Steam the green beans in a basket for approximately 5 minutes, until tender-crisp. Cool them immediately under cold water to stop the cooking. Transfer to a serving bowl, and set aside. In a small bowl, combine the ginger, garlic, olive oil, , vinegar, sesame oil, tamari, salt and pepper. Pour this over the green beans, and toss to coat well. Chill for 1 hour, sprinkling sesame seeds over the salad before serving.
