Ingredients
- 1 cup of chick peas, rinsed and soaked overnight
- 3 inch piece of wakame
- 1 ¼ cups of water
- 1 bunch of parsley, chopped
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons umeboshi vinegar
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- After overnight soaking, boil the chick peas, wakame and water for 40 minutes, until tender. Add the rest of the ingredients. Blend in a blender or food processor until creamy smooth.
