Cashew Gravy

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of raw cashew pieces
- 2 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 3 teaspoons peeled, grated ginger root
- Celtic Sea Salt t taste
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
Instructions
- Spread the cashews about ¼ inch on a shallow baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees stirring once. Blend the cashews ¼ cup at a time in the blender until finely ground. Add all the ingredients to the blender and liquefy. Heat the sauce on medium-low heat, stirring regularly. When thickened and hot serve over vegetables, grains or other main dishes.
