Cashew Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 cups of cashews
- 1 cup of filtered water
- ½ cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1 ½ tablespoons green onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon shoyu
- ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Blend cashews with filtered water until very smooth. Place in a ½ gallon open mouthed glass jar. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and secure with a rubber band. Cover with a towel and allow to sit in a warm place overnight. Pour cashew mixture into a large mixing bowl, combine with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
