Carrot Soup

Ingredients
- 4 cups of carrots, slivered and steamed
- 2 cups of vegetable stock
- 3 tablespoons of vegan butter
- 2 tablespoons of tamari
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black Peeper
Instructions
- Liquify all the ingredients until smooth in a blender. Then heat the soup on medium heat just up to boiling. Do not boil. Serve hot.
