Carrot Dip

Ingredients
- 4 medium carrots, sliced
- 8 ounces of tofu, crumbled
- 3 teaspoons chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoon tamari
- ½ teaspoon chopped basil
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon coconut sugar
Instructions
- Slice the carrots. W ash the tofu and dry off the excess water. Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Add additional seasoning to taste.
