Carob Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 pound of soft tofu
- 1 ½ cups maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon nutritional flakes
- ¼ teaspoon of Herbamare
- 2/3 cup carob powder
- 3 tablespoons arrowroot powder
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 14 drops of peppermint extract
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon molasses
- Several dashes of Celtic Sea Salt
- Shredded unsweetened coconut
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Spoon into pudding glasses and chill about 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving.
