Carob Fudge

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups maple syrup
- 1 cup of peanut butter or sesame tahini
- 1 ¼ cups sifted carob powder
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 14 drops of peppermint extract
- 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon coconut sugar
Instructions
- Heat the liquid sweetener and nut butter on low to medium heat until hot and soft. Press the mixture into a 9 inch glass pie plate and press nuts on top. Chill thoroughly. Cut and serve.
