Ingredients
- 2 pounds soft tofu
- ½ cup carob powder
- 1 cup of maple syrup
- 4 teaspoons arrowroot powder
- 4 teaspoons guar gum or xantham gum
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)
Instructions
- In a food processor, mix all the ingredients until smooth. Chill thoroughly and spread on a cool cake.
