Buckwheat Croquettes using Kasza (Kasha)

Ingredients
- 1 cup kasza (kasha)
- 3 cups of boiling water
- 3 whole eggs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs
- Mushrooms
- Dill sauce
- Coconut oil
Instructions
- Rinse kasza and then boil for 15 minutes until sticky. Cool. Add 2 eggs and grated cheese and mix well. Form croquettes (round or oval). Dip in egg and then in bread crumbs. Fry in coconut oil. Serve with mushrooms or dill sauce.
