Coarsely chop the walnuts and cashews. Set aside in a bowl. Slice strawberries and set aside in another bowl. Place dry buckwheat groats in a blender or food processor ad grind for 10 seconds. Bring water and salt to a boil. Add the buckwheat groats, Cover the pot, reduce the heat, and let simmer for 5 minutes (or until all the water is absorbed). Place cooked buckwheat cereal into a medium sized bowl. Top with walnuts, cashews, and strawberries, distribute evenly on top of cereal. Drizzle the molasses over the cereal evenly. Serve hot.
