Brown Rice with Aduki Beans

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of brown rice*
- 1 16 ounce can aduki beans
- 1 piece 0of kombu seaweed (3-6 inches long)
- ½ teaspoon sea kelp
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 4 ½ cups of water
- Celtic Sea Salt to taste
Instructions
- Put the rice and water in a large saucepan and cook on high heat until boiling. Stir rice well, cover, reduce heat to medium low, and cook for another 45 minutes. Stir in aduki beans, garlic, sea kelp, honey, and seaweed and cook for about 5 more minutes.
