Broiled Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 small zucchini, sliced in 1/3 inch rounds
- 1 green pepper, cut in chunks
- 1 large tomato, cut in chunks
- 12 small mushrooms, whole
- 1/3 cup of pineapple chunks
- Tamari
Instructions
- Mix the tamari in a bowl with the honey, sugar and dill. Arrange the vegetables artistically on a shallow oven proof dish. Pour or brush on about ½ cup of tamari mixed with ¼ cup of water. Baste the vegetables if not using a brush. Broil for 10-14 minutes, depending on your broiler, until the vegetables are tender. Enjoy with hot grains.
