Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 5 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 3 teaspoons tamari
- 1 ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- Several dashes of cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Cut 1 inch off each broccoli stem and discard. Cut the remaining broccoli in half, half stalk, half florets. Peel the stem part and discard peelings. Chop the rest of the stem into rounds. Chop the top part of the broccoli into trees. Steam all until tender. Blend all the ingredients together and cook over medium low heat for 25 minutes until hot throughout.
