Broccoli Seitan

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 1 cup bell pepper, sliced thin
- ½ cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 pound seitan, ½ inch cubes
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups of broccoli, chopped
- 1 ½ cups snow peas
- ¼ cup tamari
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 ½ tablespoons vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
- Place oil in a saute pan on medium high heat. Add onion and garlic, cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add water, pepper, mushroom, seitan, broccoli and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add snow peas and remaining ingredients, cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
