Broccoli Bisque

Ingredients
- 5 cups of filtered water
- 3 ½ cups broccoli florets
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup cashews, roasted
- ½ cup celery, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
- Shoyu to taste
Instructions
- Add filtered water, broccoli, onion, celery, garlic to a 3 quart pot and cook over medium high heat until all the vegetables are just soft, approximately 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, allow to cool 15 minutes, place in a blender, add cashews and very carefully blend until smooth. Blend in batches, being careful to fill the blender ½ full. Return to pot, add remaining ingredients and stir well
