Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 red or yellow potatoes cut into ½ inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh herbs, minced
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons tamari
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Rinse and scrub potatoes well, chop into ½ inch cubes and place in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients, except tamari and toss well. Place in a well-oiled baking dish and bake for approximately 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the oven, place in a large mixing bowl, add the tamari and mix well.
