Black Bean Spread

Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked black beans, drained
- 1 cup of carrot, apple, lemon pulp
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 2 scallions, chopped
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon green chili salsa
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- Black pepper
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the beans, pulp, garlic, peanut butter, dill, honey, sugar, salt, pepper, cilantro, scallions, lime juice. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, and add the rest of the lime and the green chili salsa. Garnish with cilantro and peppers.
